2. Website and hosting
The website is provided through Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Requests involve processing technically necessary data such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser details and security events. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection from misuse. Cloudflare infrastructure also processes data outside Switzerland, particularly in the USA.

3. Contact and project documents
We process the contact and company details, messages, drawings, CAD files and quantity, material, delivery and billing information you provide. We use this to handle enquiries, calculate prices, communicate and fulfil orders, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate claims.
Please send only necessary details and remove unneeded personal data from files. For particularly confidential projects, we agree a suitable exchange method and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement in advance.
4. Submission through the form
When form delivery is enabled, contact and project details and selected attachments are sent through Cloudflare to a protected PHP endpoint on our Hostpoint hosting. The enquiry is then sent to our mailbox using Hostpoint’s mail transport. The email address you provide is used as the reply address so we can respond directly.
On these form pages, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser and connection characteristics to prevent automated submissions. Turnstile loads only when direct submission is enabled. Without complete delivery configuration, the send button is unavailable; you can contact us at the displayed email address instead.

5. Recipients and manufacturing partners
Access is granted to the people and service providers needed for advice, manufacturing, delivery and billing. This includes IT and email services, project manufacturing partners, transport and accounting providers. Authorities receive data when legally required.
Our manufacturing network includes partners in China. Technical project documents are shared only as necessary for the enquiry or production. They may contain personal data, such as names in drawing title blocks. For projects with special data restrictions, permitted disclosure must be agreed in advance.
6. Processing abroad
Relevant recipient countries include Switzerland, the USA for the web and anti-spam services mentioned, and China for project manufacturing. Before transfer to countries without recognised adequate data protection, suitable legal safeguards or an applicable statutory exception are required. A project enquiry does not replace these requirements. Contact us for details of recipients and safeguards used for your project.
7. Storage and security
We retain data for as long as needed for these purposes, order processing, legal retention duties or the assertion or defence of claims. It is then deleted or anonymised unless justified retention remains necessary. Accounting and business records are subject to the applicable statutory periods.
Website data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access to project documents should be limited to those involved. Absolute security of internet or email transmissions cannot be guaranteed.
8. Cookies, images and external services
This website does not embed advertising trackers, social media plugins or analytics tools. Fonts, images and logos are served with the website. Necessary hosting and anti-spam security functions may process browser information. External services such as maps or partner sites are accessed only when a link is opened; their providers’ rules then apply.
9. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Other rights, such as data disclosure, objection or withdrawal of consent, depend on the applicable legal conditions. Retention duties and legitimate interests may prevent immediate deletion.
